JMD Travel & Tourism

The space integrates glass partitions, a refined meeting room setup, and well-defined work zones to support both collaboration and privacy. The use of neutral tones, soft lighting, and high-quality materials creates a professional yet comfortable working environment.

Design First. Then Deliver With Control.

Office Interior Desig

Every office project begins with design.

We study your workflow, team structure and future growth plans. Layout, lighting, circulation, meeting spaces and infrastructure are planned carefully before execution decisions are made.

Good design reduces costly changes later.

Design & Build Delivery

Once the design is approved, we manage:

  • BOQ preparation
    • Authority documentation
    • Approval coordination
    • In-house fit-out execution
    • Timeline supervision

Single studio. Clear accountability.

Fit-Out Execution

For clients with approved designs, we provide structured execution through our in-house engineers and technical team.

Quality and timelines remain controlled.

Why Office Planning Impacts Performance

An office is not just partitions and furniture.

Electrical load, server placement, data routing, acoustics and future expansion must be considered early.

Poor planning creates delays and cost variations.

We review the space thoroughly before work begins especially for mid-sized commercial offices to ensure smooth approvals and execution.

FAQ

01We're moving to a new office — where do we even begin?

Start with a brief  your headcount, how you want the space to feel, any must-haves, and your budget. From there, we do a free site visit and produce a space plan showing how your team will actually live in the space. Most clients find that seeing an initial layout makes every other decision much easier. We guide you through the whole process from that first conversation.

Yes, in many cases. We regularly schedule works in phases or outside business hours to minimise disruption. During the briefing stage we discuss your operational constraints and build the project schedule around them. If a phased handover works better for your team, we plan it that way from the start.

Most office fit-outs require a Building Management NOC from your landlord, followed by submissions to Dubai Municipality (DM) and Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) for fire and life safety. Free zone offices may need approvals from Trakhees, DMCC, JAFZA, DSO, or other zone-specific authorities. We handle all submissions and coordination in-house  you don’t need to deal with the authorities directly.

We handle all MEP works mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fully in-house. This means one point of contact for the entire project, no coordination gaps between trades, and full accountability for the finished result.

We start with a site visit and briefing, then develop a space plan, mood board, and 3D renders so you can see exactly how the office will look and function before any work begins. All of this is included in our Interior Design service  there are no surprises about what you’re approving.

Absolutely. We approach every office as a reflection of how your team works and what your brand stands for. Whether you want a creative open environment, private executive spaces, or a hybrid setup with collaboration zones, we design around how you actually work not a generic template.
